Infrastructure

The biggest problem appears to create a multi-user system is the organization of workstations around the computer to be connected. In the next picture we see a case but somewhat uncomfortable. Six people at a small table:

They should seek alternative solutions that create comfortable work positions because otherwise they will not be used and each prefer to have their own computer.

A table like this is a good choice. It is necessary to add video and USB cables longer but these have a maximum distance of 15 meters, so there is usually no trouble placing the tower in a corner and channel all cables to each workstation.

Another option is to use the wall, spread the workstations across the room. Here we see a multi-eight workstations connected to a single computer that is on the corner.

You can do it by yourself.
